Do you allow pets?

Yes, Hazel Valley Homes allows pets, subject to applicable law, - excluding exotic or venomous reptiles, non-domestic animals, uncaged rodents, livestock, and other unusual pets - with a limit of three pets per household. No individual pet may weigh more than 85 pounds. There is a $300 non-refundable pet fee, which must be paid at move-in or when adding a new pet during your lease. Additionally, a $30 monthly pet fee per pet will be added to your rent, except if you have an assistance animal.
