Security deposits are processed after the move-out inspection is completed. There will be no deductions for normal wear and tear, such as small scratches in the paint or nail holes from hanging pictures. However, the deposit may be reduced to cover any damages that go beyond normal wear and tear, such as large scratches, missing doorknobs, or large holes.
If there are any deductions, they will be itemized in a disposition letter sent to you. The final amount will also be reflected in your Resident Portal. Your deposit return will be sent to the forwarding address you provide during the move-out process. Please allow up to 30 days from your move-out date to receive your refund.
