Where should I send my renter’s insurance if I have another provider or additional coverage?

If you have renter’s insurance through a provider other than Second Nature, please submit your policy through the following portal: insurance.residentforms.com/pma-tenant-onboarding.

Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email. Second Nature will review your policy within 3–5 business days and notify you if it is approved or denied. If your policy is denied, it means it does not meet the requirements outlined in your lease agreement. If approved, your Resident Benefits Package charge will be adjusted accordingly—this adjustment is processed by our team and applied to your ledger once the request is processed.
