How do I set up my utilities?

For electricity and gas, contact your local utility providers to transfer these services into your name before your move-in date.

Water, sewer, and trash will remain in our name, and you will be billed monthly on your resident ledger. Charges are processed through a third-party provider, Conservice, and may be 30–60 days in arrears, meaning two months might be billed in the same month.
