What utilities am I responsible for?

You will be responsible for setting up and paying for electricity, gas, and any optional services like internet, cable, or security systems. These utilities must be in your name and active before move-in unless otherwise specified. Water, sewer, and trash removal will remain in our name and will be billed back to you each month.
