What is the move-in process?

The move-in process begins with confirming your move-in date. Before your move-in, the home will undergo a pre-move-in inspection to ensure it is in good condition. You will receive an email from our resident services team with important details, including instructions for picking up keys, setting up utilities, and other move-in essentials. You are also able to schedule a virtual orientation to review your lease, discuss maintenance processes, and answer any questions.
