If you paid by check, it may take 7–10 days to process and appear in the system.
If you paid by credit card or ACH, check your statement to confirm the charge was processed.If the payment was processed but isn’t showing up, providing a screenshot of the transaction can help us verify the details.
For check payments, we may need additional details such as when and where it was mailed, whether a receipt was received, and whether it was a personal or certified check. Once we have this information, we can track down the payment and help resolve the issue.
