Yes! You can set up recurring ACH or credit card payments through the Resident Portal to ensure you never miss a due date.
To set up recurring payments:
Go to the Schedule Recurring Payment page under the My Payments menu.
If you haven’t added a payment account yet, you’ll need to set one up first.Select your unit and payment method (ACH or credit card—recurring cash payments are not allowed).
Enter the payment amount and set a start and end date.
Review any applicable convenience fees and submit your payment details.
